How BizKelp recommends mobile detailing software
The Mobile Auto Detailing Advisor compares software against the work you described, from booking and vehicle records to estimates, travel, payments, and team coordination.

What affects a recommendation
The advisor uses the answers you select during the session:
- Your business stage and whether you expect to grow quickly
- Where work happens: at customers’ locations, at a fixed shop, or both
- Team structure and preferred customer scheduling
- Services such as ceramic coating, paint correction, fleet work, and memberships
- Up to three priorities, including routing, vehicle records, photos, payments, and dispatch
- Estimating and approval needs, mobile use, payment flow, and your top software priority
How the shortlist is ranked
Each candidate has weighted rules for particular answers. Matching answers add points to that candidate; selecting “Growing quickly” adds a smaller growth score. The advisor sorts the candidates by score and shows the three highest-ranked options: one best match and two alternatives. It displays up to three distinct matching reasons for each option. If scores tie, the candidates’ existing order in the advisor determines the order.
For example, a detailer who emphasizes routing and dispatch may see a field-service platform rise, while vehicle history, photos, and specialized estimating may favor an automotive-focused platform. A mixed shop and mobile operation can rank differently from a multi-van team.
The questionnaire does not ask for a numeric budget, calculate subscription costs, or verify live feature availability. A low-cost preference can be selected, but it does not currently add a vendor-specific scoring rule. Treat the shortlist as a starting point and check pricing, plan limits, and fit directly with each provider.
Independence and limitations
Payment or advertising is not a scoring rule. BizKelp does not accept payment to move a provider higher in these results. Providers can change features, prices, plans, and terms; the advisor does not test every capability or guarantee a business outcome.
Try the relevant workflow on your phone, confirm current pricing and integrations, ask about data export, and read contract and cancellation terms before subscribing.
